The Role Our Client is seeking a
Senior Product Manager
to build the next generation of client marketing and advertising tools across digital, print, and offline channels. You’ll own a cross-channel portfolio spanning lifecycle marketing, campaign tools, social, email/SMS, and emerging formats like print and direct mail.
What You’ll Do
Own the strategy and roadmap for client marketing and advertising products
Define end-to-end workflows for multi-channel marketing: ads, social, email, SMS, print, and direct mail
Partner with marketing leaders to create scalable campaign programs and packaged offerings
Develop templated campaigns and playbooks that capture best practices while allowing brand customization
Collaborate with AI/ML teams to enhance AI assistants and creative tools for copy, visuals, and campaign setup
Build segmentation, targeting, and personalization capabilities across channels
Deliver intuitive, premium UX designed for busy, non-technical users
Ship reporting and insights that tie marketing activity to lead generation, pipeline, and ROI
Evaluate new channels, partnerships, and media offerings that can be productized in-platform
Ensure tight integration with CRM, lead management, and nurturing workflows
Define and track metrics across adoption, engagement, performance, and revenue impact
Act as the voice of the client marketer, bringing insights and competitive intelligence into product planning
What We’re Looking For
7+ years of Product Management experience with strong background in marketing or growth — able to think strategically and execute tactically
Experience building marketing, CRM, or advertising products in a B2B SaaS environment
Comfortable working across channels: paid media, email/SMS, social, print, direct mail, and more
Deep understanding of lifecycle and performance marketing fundamentals (funnels, CAC, LTV, attribution)
Proven ability to turn ambiguous client needs into clear strategy, roadmaps, and shipped products
Strong UX instincts — simplicity, polish, and premium quality for non-technical users
Highly data-driven, with experience running experiments and leveraging analytics to guide decisions
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication abilities
Bonus
Experience with CRMs, email/SMS tools, or ad platforms
Hands‑on experience running campaigns (paid media, email/SMS, direct mail, etc.)
Background in marketing tech, workflow tools, or lead‑generation platforms
Familiarity with AI/ML applications in marketing (content generation, audience modeling, prediction)
Experience packaging marketing services or programs into scalable product offerings
Compensation $170,000–$200,000 + Equity
