About The Role
Zip Security is seeking a highly organized and relationship-driven Partner Operations Manager to support our existing channel and referral partners. This role will report into the Director of Channel Partnerships. In this position, you will ensure that partners remain engaged, supported, and aligned with Zip’s marketing and growth priorities. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Leadership to coordinate partner communications, maintain our partner content and event calendars, and ensure ongoing execution of key partner programs. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working cross-functionally, managing multiple moving pieces, and keeping partners happy and informed.
Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for day-to-day partner needs and communications during the coverage period.
Ensure each key partner has a clear internal contact for escalations or special requests.
Maintain visibility into partner activity, upcoming deliverables, and shared initiatives including planning and scheduling of partner co-marketing initiatives (e.g., webinars, case studies, lead magnets).
In conjunction with Marketing, coordinate updates for the monthly Partner Newsletter and manage the Partner Webinar Calendar to ensure webinars are scheduled ahead of time with promotion plan in place.
Communicate status updates and key partner developments to internal stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Leadership).
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in partner management, channel marketing, or program operations (B2B SaaS experience a plus).
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally across teams.
Experience managing co-marketing initiatives such as webinars, newsletters, or case studies.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

Compensation Base pay range: $125,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr. Compensation Range: $125K - $175K.
