$92,000 - $139,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Lead and facilitate the implementation of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
Identify, analyze, and prioritize continuous improvement opportunities across manufacturing operations to enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
Develop and deliver training programs on continuous improvement tools and principles for employees at all levels.
Coach and mentor project teams and individuals in problem-solving techniques and successful project execution.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the progress and effectiveness of CI initiatives.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement and proactive problem-solving throughout the organization.
Standardize best practices and ensure their consistent application across production lines and facilities.
Recommended Qualifications
Expertise in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, DMAIC).
Proven experience leading successful continuous improvement projects within a manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including proficiency in statistical analysis and data-driven decision making.
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and influence cross-functional teams to drive cultural change.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical discipline.
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, IoT, Industry 4.0) in process improvement.
Proficiency in leveraging ERP/MES systems for data analysis and process optimization.
Experience applying Theory of Constraints (TOC) principles.
