About the role
You’ll scale Gamma's technical teams by managing full-cycle recruiting for engineering, product, and design roles. This means partnering with hiring managers to define requirements and source strategies, building diverse candidate pipelines through creative channels and outbound outreach, and ensuring every candidate has a world‑class experience that reflects our culture and values. You’ll work closely with founders and technical leadership to own and optimize the entire hiring funnel from sourcing to close.
As Technical Recruiter, you’ll bring both technical fluency and exceptional communication skills to engage top talent in competitive markets. You’ll drive efficient, data‑informed hiring decisions through structured interviews and feedback loops while contributing to continuous improvement of recruiting tools, processes, and team best practices. You’ll understand the nuances of technical roles—from the difference between frontend and backend engineers to what makes a great product designer—and translate that knowledge into compelling candidate conversations.
Our team has a strong in‑office culture and works in person 4–5 days per week in San Francisco. We love working together to stay creative and connected, with flexibility to work from home when focus matters most.
What you’ll do
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, source strategies, and interview processes
Identify and engage top technical talent through creative sourcing channels and outbound outreach
Drive efficient, data‑informed hiring decisions through structured interviews and feedback loops
Build diverse candidate pipelines that reduce time‑to‑hire and improve quality of hire
Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting tools, processes, and team best practices
Represent Gamma’s culture and values in every candidate interaction
What you’ll bring
3+ years of full‑cycle technical recruiting experience at high‑growth tech startups
Proven track record sourcing and closing top engineering, product, and design talent in competitive markets
Technical fluency with ability to understand and discuss engineering roles, tech stacks, and product challenges
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with ability to engage passive candidates
Data‑driven approach with experience using metrics to improve recruiting outcomes
Proficiency with ATS platforms and modern sourcing tools
Comfort navigating ambiguity and moving fast in a dynamic environment
Experience at AI‑native or product‑led growth companies (Nice to have)
Compensation range :
Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including but not limited to experience and expertise in the requirements listed above.
