Must Have Skills IAM Banking/Financial Services compliance knowledge (SOX, PCI-DSS, GDPR, etc.) Familiarity with IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Okta, or ForgeRock Experience in risk management and regulatory reporting Key Responsibilities Lead the analysis, documentation, and validation of business and technical requirements for IAM projects in alignment with organizational security policies. Collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement, and execute complex recurring and ad hoc reporting tools supporting various Lines of Business (LOB). Apply advanced skills in data wrangling, data engineering, and data science to ensure accurate and timely insights for decision‑making. Develop dashboards, visualizations, and analytical solutions using tools such as Python, SQL, SAS, Qlik, and Tableau. Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, translate business needs into functional specifications, and ensure technical teams deliver as per expectations. Drive project execution under traditional Waterfall SDLC and/or Agile/Lean methodologies, ensuring compliance with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinate with IAM engineers and architects to align solutions with enterprise security frameworks. Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements to enhance IAM operational efficiency.
