Ascension Wisconsin is looking for a Family Medicine Physician for our Franklin Rawson Clinic
This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to partner with Ascension Wisconsin to provide medical services to patients.
Position Highlights:
OPPORTUNITY Join a well-established practice with increasing growth 4 Family Medicine Physicians 2 Family Medicine NP’s Medical Assistants assigned to each Physician Full Range of Family Medicine (no OB) Patient Contact hours 36 per week Flexible scheduling with extended hours Monday - Friday No Saturday Clinic Clinic Hours Call Shared with Pool and After-Hours Nurse Triage Weekend 1:14 Weekday providers cover own patients until 5 pm Epic EHR Great work/life balance Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine Highly competitive salary with generous incentives and excellent benefits, including a great retirement plan

Requirements
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Verified by local Credentialing Office. Advanced Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) preferred. Verified by local Credentialing Office.
Education:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
