Heavy Equipment Operator – Civil Division Hiring Immediately Dondlinger Construction is hiring Equipment Operators immediately for our Civil Division. Whether you’re a seasoned pro, a farm kid with a knack for machinery, or someone looking to break into the industry, we want to hear from you! Job Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment including loaders, rollers, dozers, blades, scrapers, excavators, and skid steers. Perform mass grading, utility installation, demolition, rock stabilization and other duties as directed. Perform daily fueling and greasing. Assist with various labor-based tasks. This will require heavy lifting capabilities (up to 100 pounds).
