About the Company
We are a sterile 503A compounding pharmacy located in West Houston seeking a Pharmacist to join our growing team. This role plays a key part in reviewing prescriptions, supervising sterile IV and subcutaneous medication fulfillment, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced in sterile workflow environments, and comfortable working independently during later hours.
About the Role
The Pharmacist will be responsible for prescription review, sterile product verification, supervising evening fulfillment operations, and maintaining compliance with USP

and internal SOPs. Responsibilities Review and verify prescription orders for sterile IV and subcutaneous injectables Oversee prescription processing, labeling, staging, and final verification Supervise pharmacy technicians during evening fulfillment operations Ensure compliance with USP
/
and internal SOPs Maintain accurate records of compounded preparations and controlled substances Support inventory management, batch usage tracking, and end-of-day reporting Maintain a clean, organized sterile workflow environment Communicate with team leads and management to support continuous workflow and operational efficiency Qualifications Licensed Pharmacist in the State of Texas (Required) Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree (Required) Experience in a sterile compounding or 503A/503B environment (Preferred) Familiarity with USP

standards and compliance requirements (Preferred) Required Skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage evening responsibilities Proficiency with pharmacy software systems (LifeFile experience a plus) Preferred Skills Sterile compounding experience Knowledge of USP
