For our client, a leading company in the USA, we are looking for a
Speech Language Pathologist / Speech Therapist
Salary Range: $90,000 – $115,000 per annum + Bonus – Depending on experience
Location: USA, On Site – Hybrid - Remote
Your Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, communication, and swallowing disorders. Develop personalized therapy plans based on patient evaluations and clinical findings. Provide therapy sessions for patients across different age groups, including children, adults, and seniors. Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, psychologists, teachers, and caregivers to support overall patient progress. Educate patients and families on therapy exercises and home-care programs to ensure continued improvement. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation, treatment records, and progress reports. Utilize evidence-based practices and advanced treatment tools to deliver high-quality care. Support therapy services across various settings such as hospitals, schools, clinics, rehabilitation facilities, and home health environments.
Your Qualifications: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field. Current state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP). Proven experience working as a Speech Language Pathologist / Speech Therapist. Strong knowledge of assessment methods, treatment techniques, and assistive communication technologies. Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work with patients facing diverse communication and swallowing challenges.
