Ad Platforms is responsible for Disney’s industry-leading ad technology and products – driving advertising performance, innovation, and value in Disney’s sports, news, and entertainment content, across all media platforms. As a Sr Product Manager on the Ad Platform Data team at Disney, you will help shape the future of digital advertising through data. You will support the development and execution of Ads Data products that focus on 3rd-party data integrations, ad interaction and engagement signals, and data sharing capabilities across The Walt Disney Company. Your work will contribute to powering reporting, measurement, optimization, and insights used by internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate has experience with advertising data, understands how 3P platforms like DSPs and ad servers exchange data, and is eager to grow their expertise in ad event pipelines, metadata, and cross-platform integrations. If you are passionate about data-driven advertising and want to help build scalable data systems, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Support the development of Ads Data products, including 3rd-party data ingestion pipelines, engagement signal tracking, and internal data sharing mechanisms. Contribute to the definition and maintenance of metadata models for 3P data, interaction events, and downstream reporting use cases. Collaborate with Engineering, Measurement, and Data Science teams to ensure 3P and engagement data is accurately captured, modeled, and made usable for reporting, attribution, forecasting, and optimization. Work with upstream partners (e.g., DSPs, SSPs, ad servers) to support standardization and integration of external ad event data. Coordinate with Ad Sales, Business Intelligence, and Finance to align on use cases involving 3P data, campaign insights, and cross-platform visibility. Partner with Data Privacy, Governance, and Legal to ensure all shared and ingested data meets policy and regulatory requirements. Help manage the product backlog, focusing on improving data completeness, latency, and reliability across partner and engagement data pipelines. Contribute to a data-informed culture by using metrics and analytics to support product decisions and roadmap priorities. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent years of experience required. 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in AdTech, MarTech, or digital advertising platforms. Familiarity with 3rd-party advertising platforms (e.g., DSPs, SSPs, measurement partners), ad engagement metrics (e.g., clicks, skips, mutes), and data-sharing workflows. Working knowledge of advertising event pipelines, metadata modeling, and cloud-based data infrastructure. Proficiency in SQL and experience exploring large datasets using tools such as Snowflake, Databricks Strong documentation skills to support schema design, integration specs, and partner onboarding workflows. Ability to collaborate across Engineering, Business, Data Science, and Legal stakeholders. Interest in building scalable, privacy-compliant data products that improve transparency, performance, and reporting in digital advertising. Passion for Ads Data, Measurement, and Analytics—and curiosity to grow in a fast-evolving ecosystem. #DISNEYTECH The hiring range for this position in Santa Monica, CA is $138,900 to $186,200 per year, in Seattle, WA and New York, NY is $145,400 to $195,000 per year, and in San Francisco, CA is $152,100 to $203,900 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
