Roles & Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management
Hire, manage, and mentor a team of Implementation Consultants. Define performance metrics and conduct regular evaluations and coaching sessions. Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture across the implementation team. Conduct weekly technical training and/or mentorship for the team
Implementation Strategy & Execution
Oversee project delivery across a portfolio of customers, ensuring on-time and on-budget launches. Resolve escalated issues and proactively identify risks across implementations. Align implementation strategies with customer goals and product best practices.
Process Optimization
Develop and refine onboarding and implementation methodologies, playbooks, and tools.Drive continuous improvement based on internal feedback, customer experience, and business objectives.Ensure standardization and documentation of repeatable processes.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Support to align implementation with broader customer lifecycle goals. Provide feedback to product and engineering teams based on customer needs and common implementation challenges.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of experience in SaaS or enterprise technology implementations. 2+ years of experience managing a team or leading large-scale projects. Deep understanding of implementation methodologies, change management, and technical integrations. Software configuration and/or development experience Experience developing Business Requirements Documentation, data mapping, process flow diagrams, data models, configuration and deployment Experience with SaaS hybrid implementation methodology
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to present to leadership Industry experience in Consumer Goods, Food & Beverage, Packaging or Supply Chain highly preferred Customer oriented and phenomenal at building client and project team relationships
Soft Skills
Excellent organizational, communication, and customer-facing skills. Experience with tools like Salesforce, JIRA, Certinia preferred Be an active learner Ability to communicate in business terms with customer and technical terms with implementation teams The desire to dive head first into new technology and provide recommendations of other technologies to help solve customer business challenges Able to manage multiple projects at once Fast learner, team player, can-do attitude, highly organized, execution-oriented Highly accountable to deliver tasks on time or early
