Jim Coleman Automotive is a 3rd generation family-owned dealership founded in 1968. The Coleman family has been selling and servicing cars in the Washington Metropolitan and Bethesda areas since the 1950s. We pride ourselves on providing the highest level of customer service possible and we are looking for great people to help us do that.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct phone calls, greeting callers.
• Provide excellent in-person and on-the-phone service to all customers.
• Assist team members in the areas of customer service and provide an exceptional experience for clients.
• Perform cashier duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience: 1 year (Preferred).
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Great phone etiquette.
• Works well in a team environment.
• Committed and determined to perform daily duties.

Shift & Location

PM Shift. Bethesda, MD 20817. Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred).

Salary

$17.65 - $20.00 per hour.
