ETL Developer Remote Brooksource is seeking a Tableau Reporting Analyst/ETL Developer to support our banking client’s Enterprise Risk & GRC team. This is a short-term 90-day contract focused exclusively on Tableau dashboard development and data prep (ELT) work tied to a high-priority Issues Management project. You'll join a team responsible for the end-to-end risk data lifecycle—from RSA Archer and Amazon Data Lake through to data visualization in Tableau. This role is best suited for a Tableau expert who can hit the ground running and execute independently. You won’t be gathering requirements or driving strategy—your focus will be on clearing an existing backlog of Tableau dashboards and Tableau Prep workflows based on pre-defined specs. Key Responsibilities Build and enhance Tableau dashboards based on existing requirements Develop and execute ELT workflows using Tableau Prep and Tableau Server Translate raw or structured risk data into clear, actionable visualizations Work with data sources including RSA Archer and Amazon Data Lake Collaborate with internal data team to reduce backlog and accelerate delivery Prioritize independently and plug in at peer level with minimal supervision Ideal Candidate Profile Strong, hands-on experience with Tableau Developer and Tableau Prep Deep understanding of ETL/ELT workflows in Tableau environments Proven ability to work autonomously and deliver quickly Experience working with risk/issue management data is a plus Backgrounds in Reporting Analyst, Data Analyst, or Analytics Developer roles are highly relevant Python, R, and stakeholder-facing skills not required Brooksource provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, citizenship, disability, genetic information, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, amnesty or status as a covered veteran in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
