Responsibilities
Working closely with data scientists and engineers to design, develop, and deploy AI solutions.
Leading the development of advanced AI and machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
Analyzing large datasets to identify patterns and trends for AI development.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business goals and customer needs.
Managing automation and lifecycle of sophisticated data systems.
Mentoring junior data scientists and providing guidance on AI and machine learning best practices.
Designing APIs to disseminate data science outputs across business units.
Overseeing scaling of production systems to meet demands.
Requirements
Advanced or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
Experience with large language models and transformer architectures like BERT, RoBERTa, T5, etc.
Proficiency with big data tools such as Hadoop, Spark, or AWS.
Knowledge of LLMs including ChatGPT, GPT-3.5, Claude, Mistral, etc.
Strong problem-solving skills, leadership ability, and teamwork experience.
Proficiency in machine learning algorithms including deep learning, gradient boosting, and random forests.
Advanced programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
