$16 - 18 per hour Important details: Must be available to work on Saturdays. This position is not a M-F only job. We are hiring for opening shifts- 5:30am start. Part time and full time opportunities are available for breakfast and lunch shifts. At Chick-fil-A, the Team Member role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity. Team Members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food. Position type: Full-time and Part-time Front of House Team Member Responsibilities: You will be cross trained in different assignments such as: Drive Through, Dining Room, Bagging (bagger), Cash Register/Cashier, Shakes, Sauce area, Drinks area, and more! Smile Create and maintain eye contact Speak enthusiastically Make emotional connections with guests Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the restaurant Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic Work on their feet for several hours at a time Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members Conduct yourself with a positive and professional attitude.
