Maintenance Technician
to support our manufacturing operations by performing routine and emergency maintenance on production equipment, machinery, and facility systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical and electrical background, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to safety and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and machinery. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs. Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability. Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies.
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree preferred. 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing setting. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical wiring, PLCs, and industrial controls. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints. Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or on-call shifts as needed. Experience with Tablet Press and Encapsulation Equipment Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Standing, walking, bending, and climbing for extended periods. Use of hand and power tools.
