Our Stock Room Operations Leads are essential to our store success. As a Stock Lead, you are the primary owner of the stockroom, overseeing processing, product placement, and transfers. You ensure a safe and efficient stockroom so customers find the products they want. You lead by example, uphold high stockroom standards, promote a positive environment, and work closely with your Store Manager to train and develop stock associates, encouraging and recognizing team efforts. Description

As an UGG Stock Lead, you maintain the stockroom where all materials and products are received, stored, organized, picked, counted, monitored, and distributed to meet store needs. You keep the stockroom tidy, promote safety and security, ensure team understanding of stock processes, and manage inventory accuracy. You handle shipments, discrepancies, customer charge sends, and store transfers, and control damaged merchandise following company standards. You also securely maintain a key to the store. Beyond stock responsibilities, you assist the Store Manager in achieving sales and productivity goals by replenishing and displaying products according to Visual Merchandising standards. On the sales floor, you provide excellent customer service, greet and assist customers, answer questions, and promote the store and brand image. You are an integral team member committed to meeting business needs. Core Competencies

1-2 years of retail management experience preferred High School Diploma Excellent communication and team-building skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Additional Requirements
