Job Description
Summary
Serves as a key team member in planning and executing aerospace development and modification programs. Coordinates all aspects related to the execution of a US government contract compliant Earned Value Management System (EVMS). Facilitates program setup, baselining, change control, financial analysis, and reporting. Ensures the Program Planning and Control (PP&C) and scheduling functions remain aligned throughout program execution.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Supports company objectives by co-leading the development of a Program Planning and Control (PP&C) function.
Collaborates with Program Managers, Control Account Managers (CAMs), and functional leads to develop and manage the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB).
Manages formal change control processes to maintain baseline integrity.
Supports creation and maintenance of the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and control account plans.
Manages EVMS execution and compliance, including cost management, budgeting, tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Generates reports and dashboards for cost/schedule performance, variance analysis, and estimate-at-completion (EAC). Supports program reviews and customer reporting.
Supports risk identification and mitigation planning, addressing issues impacting cost, schedule, or performance.
Assists in developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), ensuring alignment with PP&C functions.
Participates in audits and reviews of program controls processes.
Supports proposal development activities.
Mentors and trains new team members on PP&C functions.
Maintains positive customer relationships.
Ensures regular attendance and punctuality.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field, with at least 10 years of experience in program planning, scheduling, or EVMS in aerospace or similar environments. PMP or EVMP certification required.
Must qualify as a US Person for programs under International Traffic in Arms Regulations.
Skills & Abilities
Experience with EVMS tools (e.g., Deltek Cobra, wInsight)
Knowledge of EIA-748 EVMS guidelines and DFARS requirements
Proficiency in scheduling tools like Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
Experience with US government/defense aerospace programs
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to influence and motivate teams
Ability to travel and work flexible hours as needed
The salary range is $109,000 - $150,000 USD, based on experience and other factors.
