With over 50 years of combined experience working on all types of air conditioners, we can fix any make or model, as well as work on both single-unit and split heating and cooling systems. Our customers can rest assured that we'll find the problem with their unit and provide a solution. Each service technician has a minimum of 4 years of experience, with most technicians having an average of 8 years or more. We only use the best products and tools to work on equipment, which means we find the issue faster and more accurately, saving our customers money. By taking pictures and going into detail on all invoices, our customers know what they are being charged and why. We pride ourselves on having complete transparency on billing and prices.

THE INS AND OUT OF THIS HEATING AND COOLING POSITION
Schedule:
This heating and cooling position is full-time, working Monday through Friday with occasional weekend work as needed. You will enjoy flexible hours with occasional on-call shifts.
The Role:
As a Residential HVAC Tech, your day begins by hopping into your company vehicle, stocked with everything you need to get the job done right. You'll visit clients' homes, installing new HVAC systems, maintaining existing ones, and quickly diagnosing and fixing any issues. From changing filters and checking refrigerant levels to providing clear, friendly advice to customers, your workday is filled with variety. You'll ensure every system is running at peak efficiency, all while delivering exceptional customer service. At Integrity Refrigeration & AC, we don't just aim to meet expectations-we strive to exceed them.
The Minimum Requirements to Be Considered: 3+ years of residential HVAC experience EPA Certification (Type I and II or Universal) Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including electrical wiring and refrigerant handling Mechanical skills to use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment Problem-solving abilities to diagnose and repair HVAC systems Excellent customer service skills and communication abilities Ability to work in various weather conditions and confined spaces
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with refrigeration systems Additional HVAC certifications or training
