What you will do: The Product Marketing Manager will be part of an exciting team focused on driving growth through product and service offerings to both B2B and B2C audiences. We are looking for an individual that can quickly and effectively onboard to learn the needs of the customers and support several important initiatives within the Payor Solutions portfolio. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for executing the tactical delivery of metric-based, multi-channel marketing plans. You will support the position and messaging, internal and external communication activations, including asset development and channel mix, to drive and support business objectives. The Marketing Manager role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to a number of functional areas within a Fortune 10 company while driving the execution of integrated marketing plans to reach our specific business and marketing goals. A successful candidate will be curious, detail-oriented and a creative problem solver who can excel within dynamic cross functional teams and own the execution of multiple projects. Specific Responsibilities: Participate in cross-functional working team meetings related to new products and services development and go to market strategies Execute and manage marketing strategies leveraging paid, earned, and owned channels to drive awareness and demand for product growth Execute member/patient enrollment campaigns to deliver product value to payors and their members Manage and develop strong, collaborative relationships with Business Partners across the organization (e.g., Product innovation, Sales Operations, Customer Insights, Media and Legal) to ensure marketing initiatives meet launch deadlines, on time and in budget Develop and maintain marketing project schedules and status reports as well as presentations that communicate project updates and/or milestones Act as an independent self-starter and anticipate requests to properly execute projects and initiatives Establish and leverage analytics to measure campaign success; continuously optimize and innovate to deliver desired results Required Qualifications: 5+ years expertise in B2B and B2C product marketing expertise of leveraging a surround sound/cross channel approach Proven ability to partner cross functionally at all levels of the organization to ensure you are bringing both leadership and influence Ability to navigate a complex organization: the ideal candidate will have worked effectively in an organization of considerable size, scope and complexity. They will be highly effective at partnering and will understand how to collaborate, influence and drive impact across the organization Ability to synthesize and structure complex information and deliver it in a clear and compelling way through strong story telling & quantitative and qualitative evidence Bachelors degree or equivalent professional work experience required. Anticipated Weekly Hours: 40 Time Type: Full time Pay Range: $54,300.00 - $145,860.00 Our people fuel our future.
