Call Center Supervisor (up to $25/hr) We’re seeking a composed, compassionate leader with call center experience to oversee weekend operations and support both crisis callers and frontline staff. This is a great opportunity for anyone with past supervisory or management experience looking for part-time weekend shifts It is also a very fulfilling role in getting to assist residents of Massachusetts going through mental health issues. Job Details: This is a part-time opening Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays, either 2:00 PM–10:00 PM or 3:00 PM–11:00 PM Pay Rate: up to $25.00/hour Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support weekend Call Takers, providing real-time coaching and guidance De-escalate challenging situations and provide crisis intervention when needed Ensure professional, empathetic, and nonjudgmental support is delivered consistently Efficiently navigate multiple communication and data systems while on calls Required Experience: Minimum 1 year of managing or supervising people in either a call center or customer support environment Prior hands-on experience working in a call center Required Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) Strong verbal communication and listening skills There are no costs for candidates utilizing our services as our clients pay for all related hiring fees.
