10pm-6:30am Essential Competencies
Boss Relationships Perseverance Self-Development Listening Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas. Sweep, mop, scrub, buff, wax, strip, and burnish floors. Dust lights, furniture, and surfaces; vacuum carpets; empty trash; spot clean walls and windows. Mix basic cleaning solutions. Other Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain and assess equipment and floors for service needs. Notify supervisor of repairs needed. Operate cleaning equipment such as scrubbers and extractors. Required Qualifications
Minimum six months of floor care experience (buffing, waxing, stripping). Ability to follow instructions and understand safety signs. Ability to obtain security clearance. Covid-19 vaccination as required by federal contract. Preferred Qualifications
One year or more of floor care and custodial experience. Cleaning management or floor care certification. Additional Details
