Payroll & HR Operations
Manage monthly payroll processing for approximately 80 employees Ensure accuracy and timeliness in payroll, CPF submission, income tax (IR8A), and government claims (NS, Maternity, Childcare leave, etc.) Maintain and update employee records (leave, attendance, overtime, claims) Liaise with outsourced vendors for payroll and benefits administration (if applicable) Recruitment & Onboarding
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment including job posting, screening, interview scheduling, and offer letters Conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires Handle offboarding process including exit interviews and clearance Employee Relations & Engagement
Support employee engagement initiatives, welfare activities, and company events Handle employee queries on HR policies, benefits, and leave matters Assist in performance appraisal and training administration Compliance & General HR Administration
