Microsoft Dynamics 365 Managed Application Services Consultant
who takes an end-to-end, process-based approach to address clients' business challenges. MAS Consultants understand and respond to diverse business needs and work to enhance internal capabilities for operational improvement. In Managed Application Services (MAS) for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and (F&O), you will be a key team member and will be exposed to various aspects of our consulting practices, including: Maintaining Dynamics 365 environments Business solutions and operational best practices Consulting processes, tools, and methodologies Leveraging technology to improve business efficiencies This role requires programming experience and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You must be client-focused and team-oriented. The position involves maintaining ongoing relationships with key team members and may require some night and weekend work. Responsibilities: Designing and developing solutions using Microsoft D365 CE and F&O functionalities to meet business objectives Managing environments, deploying solutions, applying updates, and refreshing environments Troubleshooting business application and infrastructure issues Providing remote functional and technical consulting to clients Understanding customer requirements and communicating findings Learning new technologies and applying them effectively Collaborating with teams to configure Microsoft D365 CE and F&O systems Managing multiple client issues and projects simultaneously Basic Qualifications: Undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field 3+ years of experience with Microsoft D365 CE or F&O and the Power Platform Strong understanding of core CRM functionalities like Sales, Marketing (Customer Insights), and Customer Service/Field Service Proficiency with Dynamics 365 configuration tools and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with other Microsoft products (FSC/BC/GP) Knowledge of development tools like Visual Studio and Dynamics 365 SDK Understanding of web services and APIs for data exchange Certification in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Fluent in English, both written and verbal Proficient in .NET (C#), JavaScript, SQL, KingswaySoft/Scribe/Boomi, SSRS (Fetch XML Reports) Benefits / Why Ludia: Remote work when not traveling Unlimited PTO and companywide time off at year-end Full health, vision, and dental benefits 401K plan And more!
