Position Overview Bond Sports is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Director of Finance to work directly with company leadership. This multifaceted role combines strategic financial leadership with operational responsibilities, requiring a dynamic leader who can seamlessly transition between detailed financial analysis and executive-level strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing our financial operations, optimizing business processes, and serving as a key strategic partner to the executive team in driving our rapid growth. Key Responsibilities Financial Leadership & Strategy Financial Planning & Analysis : Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, monthly financial reporting, and cash flow management processes SaaS Metrics & Unit Economics : Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards tracking key SaaS metrics including ARR, LTV/CAC, churn rates, gross/net revenue retention, and customer acquisition economics Revenue Recognition & Compliance : Oversee complex revenue recognition processes, deferred revenue schedules, and ensure GAAP compliance across all financial reporting Multi-Entity Accounting : Manage intercompany transactions between U.S. and Israeli entities, including cross-border tax implications and currency considerations Investment Analysis : Evaluate M&A opportunities, partnerships, and capital allocation decisions through detailed financial modeling and due diligence Board & Investor Relations : Prepare board materials, monthly unaudited financials, quarterly GAAP-compliant statements, and support fundraising activities Strategy and Operations Strategic Planning : Lead quarterly planning cycles, OKR development, strategic initiative tracking, and cross-functional project management Executive Support : Serve as thought partner to CEO on resource allocation, act as proxy in meetings, draft executive communications, and manage strategic priorities Process Optimization : Identify and implement operational improvements across the organization, with emphasis on workflow automation and efficiency gains Cross-Functional Coordination : Facilitate communication between departments, ensure alignment on company priorities, and drive special projects as assigned AI-Driven Automation & Innovation Financial Automation : Implement AI-powered tools for automated financial reporting, forecasting models, and real-time KPI monitoring Data Analytics : Utilize analytics and AI-driven insights to enhance decision-making and drive operational efficiency Requirements
