Location: San Diego, CA (onsite at Rancho Bernardo facility) Join Northrop Grumman's Property/Asset Management organization to coordinate property control activities, ensuring compliance with government regulations and policies. Roles and Responsibilities include: Managing activities related to asset business systems for government, customer, and company property. Conducting property assessments and analyzing results for financial and operational purposes. Providing guidance on contracts and regulations related to property lifecycle management. Preparing reports on property and material reviews, inventory planning, and government property status. Conducting property surveillance at supplier and subcontractor sites. Coordinating physical inventory activities and communicating with government and Northrop Grumman leadership. Performing contractor self-assessment and ensuring documentation compliance. Developing and implementing property management policies. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience in Government Property & Asset Management or master's degree with 6 years of experience, or 10 years of experience in lieu of degree. Knowledge of government property contractual requirements, including FAR Part 45, FAR 52.245-1, and DFARS clauses. Ability to obtain Secret clearance. Preferred Qualifications: Current NPMA Certified Professional Property Manager (CPP M). Salary Range: $86,300 - $129,500.
