Night Shift Dining Room Host/Attendant
A Dining Room Host/Hostess is responsible for providing an exceptional guest experience by helping to make a difference for every guest through Chick-fil-A's Second Mile Service procedures. As a Dining Room Host/Hostess, you will welcome & greet guests, maintain cleanliness in the dining room and restrooms, observe health and sanitation guidelines, and ensure each guest leaves with a smile! We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving others.
NOTE:
This position is NOT a hospitality team member, but is focused on guest experience in dining room and restrooms. Morning/Mid Day Dining Room Host Attendant is a part time position with availability between the hours of 7am - 4pm Monday-Saturday Late Afternoon/Night Dining Room Host Attendant is a part time position with availability between 4pm -10pm Monday-Saturday The Ideal Team Member: Excels in a fast-paced environment and handles stressful situations well Positive attitude Loves serving and helping others and values teamwork Excitement to learn and take initiative Willing and able to work in a physically demanding role (including able to lift up to 50 lbs, work on feet for several hours) Duties and Responsibilities: Greeting Guests Cleaning Tables, floors, and windows as needed Refreshing Beverages Clearing trays and trash from guests Restocking supplies Table touch-ins to ensure all guests feel welcomed in the dining room Maintaining a clean store environment Clean restrooms (Trash, floors, etc.) Dining room trash taken out regularly Expedite orders to carry out guests and dining room guests Requirements
Must have a source of reliable transportation Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, navigating shelving both high and low Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required Works in noisy and fast paced environment Mobility required during shifts Must work well under pressure Very strong attention to detail This job posting is for an opportunity at a Chick-fil-A Restaurant business independently owned and operated by a local franchised Operator.
