Contract Manager/Bid & Tender Manager (Piling/Ground Engineering)

Bid & Tender Manager

with experience in the

pre-contract and tendering phase

of

foundation piling, ground engineering , or

geotechnical

projects. This role will lead the preparation, coordination, and submission of

technically sound

and

commercially competitive

bids for both public and private sector projects. Now Hiring: 2 Potentials Options Individuals with prior team leadership or project management experience may also be considered for a

senior leadership position , such as

Department Head

or

General Manager – Bored Piling Division . Bid & Tender Manager -

Piling & Ground Engineering, leads the

pre-contract and tendering process , managing the full cycle of

technical and commercial bid submissions

for public and private sector projects. Responsibilities Lead and manage the

end-to-end tender process

for piling and ground engineering projects — from tender invitation to final submission. Review and interpret

tender documents, drawings, geotechnical reports, and BOQs . Coordinate with

estimators, quantity surveyors, design engineers , and project teams to develop

complete and compliant tender packages . Liaise with clients for

pre-bid meetings, technical clarifications , and site inspections. Ensure all

technical and commercial components

of bids are submitted

accurately and within deadlines . Maintain a library of

past project references, method statements, HSE documentation , and bid templates. Track tender progress and provide regular

bid status updates

to senior management. Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering ,

Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in

tendering

for

piling, foundation , or

ground engineering

works. Familiar with bored piling, secant piles, diaphragm walls, and other common geotechnical systems. How to Apply
