Our team members are high performers who care about customer service and exceed expectations. The Leasing Manager plays a critical role in our success. Manages and directs the community’s marketing, print and internet advertising, sales activities, leasing team members, and other resources to achieve established revenue, occupancy, resident retention, and leasing goals and objectives. What your day might look like Being part of a team and having fun while providing excellent customer service Ensuring achievement of community’s revenue and occupancy goals by directing marketing, advertising, and sales activities, overseeing on-site traffic, and monitoring daily sales and leasing activities Overseeing the on-site leasing team Participating actively in the leasing process by generating and monitoring traffic, leasing apartments, preparing lease documentation, and completing move-in procedures Reviewing and analyzing financial, shop, closing ratio, and operational reports to identify and resolve issues impacting leasing performance Responding to resident and ownership questions and concerns professionally and promptly What we are looking for Previous multi-family leasing experience; luxury high-rise experience is preferred but not required, a positive can-do attitude is essential Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with property management software (Yardi/One Site) is desired but not mandatory Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively, including completing legal documents, explaining apartment features, and answering resident questions High professionalism in manner and dress What sets us apart:

Essential Responsibilities: Achieving revenue and occupancy goals through marketing, advertising, and sales oversight, managing on-site traffic, inventory, rent pricing, concessions, and daily leasing activities Staying informed about market and competitor conditions, developing marketing strategies, and implementing creative pricing, concessions, and advertising strategies Developing print and online advertising strategies, utilizing technology to promote the community, and generating reports with property management software Collaborating with maintenance to ensure community standards and creating merchandising techniques to promote apartments Participating in leasing activities, qualifying prospects, and completing move-in procedures Analyzing operational reports to resolve leasing issues and presenting marketing strategies to stakeholders Managing lease renewal programs and responding to resident and owner inquiries promptly Supervising leasing team members through hiring, training, and performance management Required Licenses or Certifications: Relevant licenses or certifications as required by jurisdiction Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl as needed Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions Lift weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance Occasional travel for property support, training, or meetings Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays #LI-KL The hourly range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00 Additional Compensation : Additional factors influence pay within the range, including experience, skills, and location. Performance-based bonuses may also be available.
