Responsibilities: The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed. The Maintenance Person's responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Filtering oil fryers daily Maintaining outside grounds Cleaning equipment, inside and outside including windows, stock rooms, and restrooms Unloading delivery truck two times a week Taking out and emptying trash compactor Changing light bulbs Cleaning HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris Benefits: Starting pay of $15 or up depending on experience Flexible schedule Sick pay Free uniforms Service awards Employee of the month Discount programs (McD Perks) Free meals during your shifts Team activity calendar Tuition assistance (up to $2500 per year) High school diploma: (cost covered 100%, participation is confidential.
