Prep Fry Cook- Food Service/Restaurant

Prep Fry Cook- Food Service/Restaurant Responsibilities: Cut multiple cases of raw chicken into nuggets according to our size specifications Batter, fry, and temp check nuggets while cooking to ensure the perfect nugget according to our specifications. Clean and filter the fryers daily, monitor and refill oil as needed, and report maintenance issues to managers. Cook the quantity of nuggets designated on the prep sheet and clean the kitchen line before service starts. Communicate effectively and collaborate with your team to ensure a smooth shift, every shift. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, following sanitation standards and safety regulations. Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.
Prep Fry Cook- Food Service/Restaurant Requirements: At least 18 years old. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. while twisting, reaching, and bending. Must have experienced knife skills as a chef, prep cook, or sous chef. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Attention to detail and dedication to high culinary standards. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and early mornings.
