Title: Inside Sales /Outside Sales -
Japanese Bilingual
Entry to Jr. Level position
Salary Range: 60-65K (Exempt)
Location: Irvine, CA
Work Hours: 8:30-17:30 (Mon-Fri) / Hybrid
(No visa sponsorship, NO relocation support available)

Job Summary
This position is ideal for individuals seeking to grow into a future sales role. You will start by learning the operational side of inside sales and gradually transition into outside sales activities, working closely with the President (who also leads sales).
Responsibilities:
Learn core sales operations through inside sales activities (order entry, quoting, coordination, etc.) Understand internal workflows, product offerings, and customer support procedures Communicate with clients via phone and email to support inquiries and build relationships Support the President in preparing sales materials and client presentations Join the President on customer visits and meetings as part of a gradual transition to outside sales Assist with follow-ups, proposals, and other field sales support functions Contribute to account management, client satisfaction, and business development over time Preparing estimate upon customers' requests Taking care of claims/complaints from customers; requesting investigation to factories (QA dept.), preparing claim reports to managements. Communicating well with Sales Team (management) to update the existing projects. Preparing various reports including sales activities. Preparing various reports Researching and crossing over competitors' products to own products. Will be assigned special projects. Providing Interpretating/Translating support of the president for meetings as needed
Qualifications/Requirements:
Be able to speak English (native level fluency) and Japanese (conversational level) Sales-oriented individual PC skills: MS Office- Word, Excel Ability to work within a team environment Willing to learn Technical products- Mechanical System Ability to travel often
