Position Summary:
Title: Tech Project Manager
Duration: 12 Months - Long Term
Location: Washington, DC 20433 (Full onsite role)
Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager with strong CMS experience and a proven background in delivering web-based projects. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, user-centric websites and digital solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience managing content-driven projects, website redesigns, CMS and collaboration with developers, designers, and business stakeholders. The candidate needs to have excellent presentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full project lifecycle of CMS-based website initiativesfrom discovery to post-launch support. Serve as the key point of contact between business stakeholders, developers, designers, and content teams. Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource plans; manage risks and ensure deadlines are met. Lead CMS implementation or migration projects (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, AEM, Sitecore, etc.). Coordinate with UI/UX teams to ensure responsive, accessible, and user-friendly web experiences. Ensure all web deliverables meet performance, SEO, accessibility, and brand compliance standards. Support QA, testing, and deployment activities for digital launches. Maintain project documentation, track milestones, and provide regular status reports. Champion best practices for content governance, web performance, and stakeholder communication.
