Assist the testing team in developing test plans for quality assurance based on functional requirements. Gather business requirements, interact with stakeholders, developers, and project managers, and facilitate JAD sessions to formulate business processes. Create Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS). Design use cases to help the technical team identify key processes. Participate in team meetings and report weekly and monthly project status updates to the project manager. Collaborate with business users to define requirements and analyze technical solutions. Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Administration, Management, or related fields. Knowledge of eliciting, analyzing, and documenting requirements for business processes, policies, and information systems. Extensive knowledge of SDLC and methodologies such as Agile (SCRUM) and Waterfall. Proficiency in translating business requirements and user expectations into objectives, use cases, and requirements. Effective written and verbal communication skills for interaction with business users and developers. Additional Information
