From VMI to procurement, PTSolutions is a full-service provider supporting our customers every step of the way. We are seeking a Vending Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support our customers' manufacturing processes and capabilities. We will provide training to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair tool & MRO industrial vending machines located at our customers' facilities. While support can often be remote, onsite visits for installations, inventory replenishments, and repairs will be required, with travel limited to the local area. Why join the PTSolutions Team? Position Responsibilities: Set up, program, and troubleshoot vending machines Respond to calls and log service tickets Maintain accurate inventory remotely and onsite Communicate professionally with customer personnel Ensure quality service and process improvements Coordinate with sales and VMI managers regarding customer accounts Prepare and complete delivery or pickup orders Organize materials according to standards Install vending systems at customer sites Fill vending machines based on alerts and needs Provide technical support to customers and sales team Troubleshoot and repair vending equipment Manage data changes in vending machines Support other projects as needed Travel approximately 20% Required Qualifications: Must be 21+ to drive a company vehicle Valid drivers license with a clean record High School Diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications: Ability to organize tasks and work efficiently under pressure Self-motivated with high productivity and organization Customer-focused attitude Excellent communication skills Strong problem-solving skills Proficient in Windows, Microsoft Office, and Teams This role is based in Portland, OR.
