We're a post-PMF B2B startup with ARR growing exponentially every month. With an increasing number of customers and usage exploding, we're looking for a Senior Full-stack Software Engineer to help us scale our product. Our current tech stack is Ruby on Rails / React / Postgres, running on a combination of Heroku and AWS services. We're a remote team looking to build our teams in San Francisco (CA) and Tempe (AZ) locations. This will be initially a remote role but will transition to an in-person role in 3-6 months (3-4 times a week in office). Skills & experience we're looking for: Production experience with Ruby on Rails and React or something similar. At least 7 years of full-time experience as a software engineer. Naturally curious and willing to learn new things. You are the type of person hungry to learn more about AI and other technologies after work. Bonus if: You are good at product , coming up with solutions end to end, thinking from the customer's experience. You have shipped a product end-to-end (from frontend to backend/API) and scaled to a large number of active users. You are a self-starter who doesn't need to be micromanaged. You are persistent and determined, the type of person who will go through walls to get the job done. You've directly worked with a founder before.
