Job Description
Aspen Systems LLC is seeking a hands-on Marketing Specialist with strong skills in web development and graphic design to support our inbound lead generation and brand building efforts. This role is ideal for a technically savvy marketer who enjoys executing digital campaigns, designing engaging content, and directly managing website performance to drive measurable results.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining our website, designing marketing materials, and implementing digital strategies that attract and convert leads. This position requires a creative, detail-oriented professional who can work independently while collaborating closely with our sales and engineering teams to ensure messaging reflects our technical capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain pages and content on the Aspen Systems website (WordPress or similar CMS) Create graphics, layouts, and collateral for use in digital campaigns, trade shows, social media, and product documentation Optimize web pages and landing pages for SEO and lead conversion Build and manage targeted email campaigns, digital ads, and automated workflows Update and maintain marketing assets to align with brand guidelines and product positioning Manage website content and optimization (WordPress), including SEO, blog posts, and landing pages. Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to translate complex technical information into compelling content (case studies, white papers, videos, datasheets, etc.). Maintain and optimize lead and opportunity pipelines using Pipeliner CRM; ensure data accuracy and proper segmentation for targeted outreach. Leverage CRM insights to support sales enablement efforts and refine customer journeys based on lifecycle stage and engagement. Support global trade show execution, including booth design, promotional materials, and post-show follow-up. Design marketing collateral including brochures, datasheets, trade show graphics, and digital ads using Adobe InDesign and Photoshop. Collaborate with internal teams to create visually compelling presentations and product visuals aligned with brand guidelines. Maintain and evolve brand identity across digital and print assets, ensuring consistency in typography, layout, and design standards. Own and manage the social media calendar and roadmap.
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; technical background or experience in engineering-focused industries a plus. 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B or high-tech environment. Proven track record of driving measurable results through digital and traditional marketing channels. Expert web developer, proficient across multiple platforms including WordPress, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SemRush. Experience with Pipeliner CRM or similar platforms, with a strong understanding of inbound lead generation, opportunity tracking, and reporting. Ability to integrate CRM data into marketing automation and campaign planning for improved conversion and retention metrics. Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and InDesign, with a strong eye for layout, typography, and visual storytelling. Experience producing both digital and print-ready assets, with an understanding of color profiles, resolution standards, and file formats. Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
