Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in marketing, business administration, or related fields in consulting. Over 5 years of experience in key account sales, with at least 2 years in team management or business development; experience in consulting or B2B services is preferred. Proficient in business negotiation skills, with excellent customer insight and resource integration abilities.
