Responsibilities: Handle antitrust matters including M&A transactions, merger clearance, and litigation. Manage HSR filings and analyze overlaps or vertical relationships. Provide strategic counseling in a fast-paced environment. Requirements: 2-4 years of antitrust experience. Strong academic credentials and analytical skills. Excellent writing, speaking, and organizational abilities. Admission to the DC Bar. Compensation : Salary Range $235,000–$310,000, depending on class year with top of market bonus eligibility.
