Process Engineer –Camarillo, CA
Pay:
$24–$26 per hour DOE Schedule:
Mon.– Fri. 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Duties Create 2D/3D CAD for CNC, laser, PCB, silkscreen Model rapid prototypes in SolidWorks/Fusion360, filament & resin printers Program Python and G code for machining workflows Diagnose and repair mechanical systems hands on Generate process docs, test & manufacturing procedures Run DOE studies to boost capability, repeatability Collect data, analyze trends, recommend technical fixes Map product flow; identify performance drivers & equipment needs Perform in process experiments and operate shop equipment Build process controls and train production personnel Monitor key metrics for continuous improvement targets Draft technical reports; present findings to cross functional teams Support MRB disposition with Quality; author specs & procedures Requirements Proficiency in 2D/3D CAD (SolidWorks, Fusion?360) Experience with CNC machining, laser cutting, 3D printing Strong Python & G code programming skills Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting equipment Knowledge of DOE, SPC, and process control methods Data-driven problem solver; clear technical communicator Able to write procedures, reports, and present results Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent experience) Comfortable working hands on in a fast paced shop Benefits Medical plans: HMO/PPO/HSA options Dental and Vision coverage Company paid basic life insurance; supplemental available Paid time off: Vacation, Sick, Holidays, Bereavement 401(k) with company match Tuition assistance for continued education Innovate, iterate, and own the process from concept to production—apply today to join our Camarillo team!
