If you have experience supporting the broad functional area of acquisition services, specifically providing support for all phases of the acquisition and grants management lifecyclesincluding planning, requirements definition, solicitation and Federal Notice development, evaluation, award, post-award management, contract and grant closeout, and other administrative supportthis may be the right opportunity for you. Key experience and support include, but are not limited to: Responsibilities

Acquisition Planning:

Develop acquisition plans and procurement milestone schedules; perform market research activities; prepare procurement packages, including requirements documentation, market research, IGCEs, evaluation factors, and pre-award determinations; provide recommendations on contract types and methods; prepare and assist with Justifications and Determinations and Findings; draft and issue pre-award synopses; support higher-level reviews and use acquisition systems; maintain pre-award files; attend meetings. Solicitation Support:

Draft, issue, and amend RFQs, RFPs, and IFBs; post solicitation documents; collect quotes and proposals; maintain solicitation files. Evaluation:

Document reviews and evaluations; gather past performance data; perform price and cost analysis; draft evaluation reports; conduct pre-award reviews and surveys; develop and document negotiation memoranda; support higher-level reviews and responses to protests; maintain evaluation documentation. Award Support:

Prepare award documents; present for reviews; handle notifications and debriefings; maintain award files. Post-Award Management and Closeout:

Conduct post-award conferences; process invoices; handle claims and modifications; prepare for contract closeout; maintain post-award files. Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship required Must participate in a Federal background investigation Bachelors degree in a related field 6 to 9 years of federal government contracting experience Expertise in FAR and DFARS regulations Strong analytical, research, and communication skills Detail-oriented with excellent record-keeping Proficiency in Microsoft Office and government systems Ability to work independently and in teams Why Choose MIRACORP?
