The Business Analytics team is pivotal in the delivery of modern agency services. We are tightly integrated with planning and investment teams to deliver on and exceed our clients’ business goals. Responsibilities

External facing responsibilities: Production of campaign reports and analyses according to measurement plans. Development of dashboards in data visualization tools such as Datorama and Tableau. Provide proper guidance to teams and stakeholders when it comes to dashboard usage and interpretation of our data. On-going data QA to ensure data used for reporting and analysis is accurate. Experience working with and manipulating large data sets, knowledge of ETL modeling process, comfortable querying data through SQL and interpreting scripts. Translating data into actionable insights for stakeholders; the ideal candidate can craft strong narratives from findings. Presenting reports and proposals to clients during monthly and weekly phone calls. Guide junior team members in reporting and analysis, delegating reporting tasks to them as fit. Internal facing responsibilities: Drive stakeholder engagement and collaborate across cross-functional teams, demonstrating accountability and leadership. Partner with the Planning and Investment teams on annual budget setting, media plan development and ongoing budget / plan optimization. Keep in front of industry trends and developments by engaging in training. Required Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel skills. Proficiency in Tableau and SQL required; experience with Alteryx and Python a plus. Experience in integrated marketing related to media and/or customer journey development, including budgeting, revenue forecasting, ROI development. Expertise in audience-based marketing and data-driven advertising. Solution development: analytic skills, critical thinking and clarifying strategic & operational issues as related to data and analytics. Critical thinking skills to drive issues to resolution. Comfortable working in ambiguous situations. Education and Experience

A university degree and 1+ years of data and analytics experience in advertising, management consulting, marketing, or digital consulting. Knowledge of agency-side media campaign planning and execution process is desirable but not required. Knowledge of cross-channel ad platforms and key business conversion metrics a plus. #LI-CM1 This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living).
