and career advancement options Key Responsibilities As Associate Clinical Director, you will: Oversee all clinical and administrative operations within your region, ensuring high-quality service delivery Drive regional excellence by meeting client satisfaction, retention, and financial goals Collaborate with senior leaders to develop regional business strategies and foster growth Lead and support a team of supervisors, promoting a positive, collaborative culture Utilize data to guide clinical quality initiatives and optimize outcomes Maintain regulatory and licensure compliance across all locations Qualifications Active BCBA Certification required Active LBA Certification in the state of New York as issued by the New York State Education Department Office of the Professions At least 3-5 years of demonstrated clinical and operations management experience Master’s Degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field required Autism Learning Partners supports a diverse workforce and is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
