IMMEDIATE START Immigration Legal Assistant - Premier National Firm

Our client, a premier national law firm, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Immigration Legal Assistant to join their dynamic team. This is a 12-month temporary position with the potential to convert to a full-time role. In this role, you'll work closely with attorneys and paralegals in the firm’s high-performing Immigration group, primarily supporting employment-based immigration matters. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a prestigious environment and contribute to meaningful, fast-paced legal work. Key Responsibilities Include: Assisting with the preparation and filing of immigration petitions and applications (including nonimmigrant visa categories, PERM labor certifications, green cards, and naturalization applications) Drafting basic immigration forms and correspondence Managing calendars and tracking key immigration deadlines Maintaining organized client and attorney files Opening new matters and supporting case management processes Why Apply?
