Talent Acquisition Sourcer

is responsible for providing a high level of sourcing services to the talent acquisition team. This person manages the candidate, recruiter, and hiring leader sourcing processes and leverages their knowledge to find qualified and diverse candidates for a selected group of requisitions. PRIMARY OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Partners with hiring leaders and Talent Acquisition team members to understand job specifications/requirements and competencies of priority positions

Sources active and passive candidates by developing a network to ensure constant flow of qualified candidates

Effective use of various tools such as social media, career fairs, agencies and more to build diverse talent communities

Enhances Talent Acquisition’s ability to profile, attract, and convert qualified prospects into active candidates

Conducts deep talent analysis, and develops recruiting strategies that include sourcing, candidate engagement, and advertising

Communicates the Agiliti brand and culture to potential candidates and community partners to attract high-quality talent

Screens candidates to evaluate employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities

Collaborates with leadership, talent and organizational development and academic leaders to identify and develop strategic partnerships that align with workforce plans for high-volume and critical roles

Collaborates in designing and implementing strategic sourcing initiatives for roles identified as critical and difficult to fill

Researches and identifies viable talent pools for candidate generation

Manages and prioritizes multiple searches, projects, and business partner relationships

Seeks new sourcing options and develops creative approaches to sourcing and delivering candidates in a competitive market

Serves as an advisor with regards to sourcing best practices to include sourcing strategy, evaluation techniques and decision making

Participates in Talent Acquisition projects

Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or business-related field preferred

Previous experience in a professional environment or internship

Experience using Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, and Excel)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Familiarity with sourcing tools and internal resume database searching

Demonstrates effective interpersonal communication skills in person, over the phone, and in writing

Understands and speaks to our company background, culture, and values when talking to a candidate

Ability to think critically and proactively suggest/implement process improvements.

Intermediate computer and ATS skills

Networks through industry contacts, association memberships, social media, and employees

Decision-making skills; ability to look at a candidate’s resume and decide in a timely manner whether they meet the qualifications to be considered

Maintains utmost professionalism when communicating with hiring managers, candidates, and other Agiliti team members

Pay Range for All Locations Listed: $52,844.36 - $84,572.21

This range represents the low and high ends of the Agiliti pay range for this position. This base pay range information is based on the market locations shown.

For sales positions, this range combines the base salary and the target incentive pay.

The actual pay offered may vary depending on several factors including geographic location, experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and related factors.
