HVAC certification or Electrical certification from a trade school. Experience in installing and troubleshooting HVAC systems. Strong understanding of HVAC components and troubleshooting systems. Chiller Experience is a MAJOR PLUS Pluses: Experience with software systems for tracking work orders (e.g., Oracle products) Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Discuss workload with the team upon arrival. Troubleshoot and manage workload deviations. Change, assess, and repair compressors; respond to alarms. Oversee construction workers to ensure critical gear is not harmed. Manage water-cooled condensers and plumbing tasks related to HVAC sensors.
