If you have previous experience operating construction equipment such as a backhoe, bulldozer, excavator, front end loader or grader to excavate, move and grade earth and install structures, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Travel throughout the region to work on jobs related to infrastructure including landfill, highway, site prep, and public works projects. Although these positions may require travel, Sargent pays for travel expenses including lodging, mileage, and per diem for meals – plus you will be home every weekend.
