Superintendent - Metro Atlanta Job at Staff Financial Group in Gainesville

We are working with a mid-market Commercial Construction company located on the northside of metro Atlanta that is looking to add an experienced Superintendent to their team. The ideal candidate should be experienced with the Atlanta construction market. Must have Commercial Construction experience Must have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Superintendent Must be computer literate Must have good verbal & written communication skills A college degree in a construction related field is a plus Must be able to multi-task and prioritize Must understand project budgets & scheduling Must have a solid understanding of Building Codes Must have an understanding of job site safety and best practices Experience with the following types of projects is a must: Retail Stores Restaurants Ground-up projects Tenant Build-out Churches/Synagogues Event Centers Medical Facilities Metal Buildings/Warehouses This position requires that you have a valid drivers license and your own vehicle.
