Job Summary
We are seeking an American Board of Urology Board‑eligible/Board‑certified General Urologist to join our team at St. Anne Hospital in Burien, WA. This role supports outpatient clinics, procedures, operative cases, and on‑call duties. The position offers flexible scheduling, learning opportunities, and a culture of innovation and excellence at Virginia Mason Medical Center.
Responsibilities
Provide high‑quality, compassionate, patient‑centered urologic care, including outpatient clinics, procedures, and operative cases.
Participate in on‑call rotations at St. Anne Hospital.
Collaborate with a dedicated multidisciplinary team to maintain a state‑of‑the‑art urology program and foster a positive work environment.
Engage in continuing medical education, structured mentorship, and weekly clinical conferences to support professional growth.
Adhere to best‑practice standards and continuous improvement initiatives using the Virginia Mason Production System.
Qualifications
BE/BC with the American Board of Urology.
Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of WA.
Ability to obtain a DEA with full prescriptive authority.
Experience with da Vinci robotic surgery is a plus.
Benefits & Compensation Compensation: $461,435 - $680,572 (annual). Hourly range: $199.12 - $288.95 per hour. The role offers a competitive benefits package including medical malpractice coverage and supports physician wellness.
Location St. Anne Hospital, Burien, WA. The hospital is part of Virginia Mason Franciscan Health, a comprehensive healthcare system in the Seattle‑Tacoma area.
