Responsibilities
Oversee product management of multiple alternative credit data product lines across U.S. and international markets.
Manage teams that deliver products for diverse customers including Financial Services, Insurance, Media, Telco, Tenant and Employment, and others.
Serve as general manager and P&L owner for the Short‑Term Lending (STL) business, blended data solutions and other alternative data products globally.
Ensure commercial success of the portfolio by partnering with Sales, Markets, Global Technology, Analytics, TransUnion’s management and matrix partners.
Guide product managers to drive the short‑term lending bureau strategy, backlog, platform support and sunset plans.
Define resource needs across solutions, technology, compliance, analytics and operations.
Plan and own global product development roadmaps with dedicated product managers.
Manage existing products including alternative and blended attributes, scores, efficacy and revenue plans.
Lead go‑to‑market activities, develop platform KPIs, collect customer feedback and assess competitive landscape.
Explore global opportunities to launch similar solutions internationally.
Prioritize use cases across global markets, determine new market entry, negotiate terms and complete GTM, incentive alignment and sales training.
Qualifications
15+ years of progressive product or program management experience with P&L responsibility, preferably in Financial Services or information services.
Deep familiarity with credit data; data science knowledge not required but ability to interpret and guide data science work is essential.
Strong collaborator with problem‑solving, design‑thinking, customer‑centric mindset; highly curious.
Excellent organizational, project management, decision‑making skills with comfort managing multiple assignments and a global team.
Demonstrated success leading cross‑functional product teams.
Exudes accountability, ownership and passion for customer/consumer problem.
Independent thinker with intellectual curiosity.
Experience working within matrixed organizations.
Very strong written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree a plus.
